We process data to deliver the products/services/orders Booth & Associates Ltd t/a Intech Solutions are contracted to produce/Provide to you.
Data protection allows us to use and share your personal data only where we have a proper reason to do so. (Contract/consent/legitimate interests/legal obligation)

We will collect relevant information if you enquire/purchase/supply by email, telephone, in person or by post.

  • Company Identifiable Information (Name, address, VAT number, Company Number, bank details, credit references)
  • Personal/Sub-Contractor Identifiable Information (Names, email address, contact numbers bank details)

3. What you information is used for

The purpose for which company/personal/Sub-Contractor information is processed may include any for the following:

  • Process Enquiries/Orders/Contracts
  • Project/Contract obligations arising from any contracts entered into
  • Dealing with Project/Contract 3rd parties i.e Sub-contractors/Suppliers
  • Maintaining records
  • Notifications of Company News/Changes
  • Process financial transactions

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis and we only hold on to your information for as long as we need it and for the purpose we acquired it for or as long as it is set out in any relevant contract

4. Who has access & why

Data will be held & processed to enable Booth & Associates Ltd t/a Intech Solutions to provide the products/services/orders that we are contracted to carry out.

Booth & Associates Ltd t/a Intech Solutions works with a number of trusted Third Party Service Providers, Sub-Contractors and other assocaited organisations to be able to provide high quality goods/services.

We will never share information with third parties for marketing purposes

We may pass information to our third party Service/Product Providers, Sub-Contractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing projects/contracts

However, when we use third party service/product providers we disclose only personal information that is necessary to deliver the service/product.

You will always have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. However, the Company does very occasionally undertake email marketing, such as quarterly newsletters. All marketing is undertaken strictly in line with current ICO guidelines.

    market individuals or organisations who have registered their numbers with the TPS
